Ethics and Compliance
Hotline
The Ethics and Compliance Hotline is an anonymous reporting mechanism of any known or suspected wrongdoing or irregular or illegal conduct (hereinafter, the “Hotline”). At X-NOOR, we are committed to maintaining an open dialogue about ethical dilemmas under all circumstances.
The Hotline is a secure communication tool for employees, directors, officers, or temporary workers, as well as any member of the third-party stakeholders with which the company interacts (collectively, “Third Parties”). All Third Parties are expected to use the Hotline responsibly, in good faith, and in accordance with the Ethics Channel Policy. Reporting false information with malicious or morally dishonest intent is prohibited, as it violates the good-faith principle and may result in disciplinary actions.
